SUNDAY GATHERING

Each Sunday, we use creativity and tradition to engage in theologically-rich worship. You’ll hear God’s Word and His Gospel proclaimed in an authentic, relatable, and life-changing way, as we gather in community with those who follow Jesus and care for the welfare and renewal of the New River Valley, along with those looking to learn more about what it means to follow Christ. 

God’s kingdom is one of diversity, and Valley Bible Church represents just that. You’ll find yourself in community with students, artists, moms, dads, young marrieds, professionals, and singles, all who come from a variety of backgrounds. Our environment is casual, and we encourage you to simply come as you are.

Service Times

We have two services on Sunday mornings: 9:00 and 11:00. There is Children’s Ministry during the 9:00 service.

We have coffee! Come and enjoy some free coffee from Radford Coffee Company!

Groups To Help You Grow and Know God

  • Small Groups

    We were created to be in relationship with others, and we believe that church doesn’t end on Monday morning. Weekly, our church body intentionally meets throughout the New River Valley to spend time in community on mission with one another. We are not a church with small groups, but are a church of small groups.

    Our small groups are made up of men and women from all generations of life. Each week, groups meet for fellowship, studying God’s Word, prayer, and mission, with the vision of seeing Christ formed in us through cultivating deep relationships under the Word, guided by the Spirit.

    Becoming a member at Valley Bible Church means committing to a biblical responsibility of being part of our church family. Membership classes take place once each school semester.

  • VBC EQUIP

    Equip exists to provide a venue for deeper study and discussion in the essentials of Christian Doctrine, with the goal of practical transformation played out in everyday life.
