We will meet at 9 a.m. (during first service) in the Library, which is the first door on your right when you enter the building through the back parking lot. Each class covers one of our church's four identities: gospel, community, worship, and mission. For more information about our covenant membership process, email Nick Ayers at office@vbcradford.com.

Covenant church membership is "a formal relationship between a local church and a Christian characterized by the church’s affirmation and oversight of a Christian’s discipleship and the Christian’s submission to living out his or her discipleship in the care of the church" (Jonathan Leeman).

Sunday School Class: Real Change

Starting February 17th during second service, this six-week course will examine how gospel change — lasting, Spirit-empowered transformation — can occur in a Christian’s life. This is for those who want to grow, and for those who want to help others. Spaces are limited, so sign up early at the Connect Center or via this RSVP form. Cost is $7 for the workbook.

Every honest Christian knows the need for change. But how to get there? How do you move forward from struggles both big and small? And how does our faith in God impact our everyday thoughts, feelings, and actions? This six-session course will give you an opportunity to reflect on one particular area in your life and then to learn more about how God changes us to become more like Jesus. All of us struggle to love God and those around us, but God has promised to keep working on us. And God always keeps his promises. The change that his gospel produces will make your life and your relationships truly beautiful.

Topics addressed include understanding how we typically respond to trouble, how the cross of Christ brings comfort, help, and change, and how we can grow to be like Christ in the hardest circumstances.
